What is Broadband Transparency Requirement?
Broadband transparency requires that broadband providers disclose the network management practices, performance characteristics, and terms and conditions of their broadband services.
What are SRCaccess.net Management Practices, Performance Characteristics and Terms and Conditions?
SRC uses management practices that are consistent with industry standards. SRC does not at this time implement usage limits and consequences of exceeding set limits. Management practices may change with Internet usage, industry standards and as customer demands change.
SRC makes every effort to protect the security and privacy of our customers with the use of network management against spam, viruses, security attacks and network congestion. SRC does not favor or block providers based on application specific behavior. SRC does not have a restriction on non-harmful devices connected to our network.
SRC customers have several options for internet services and SRC makes every effort to provide the best possible internet service. The services and speeds cannot be guaranteed without interruptions. SRC pricing and Privacy Policies along with contact information can be seen on this website.
Does SRCaccess.net block lawful content, applications, services or non-harmful devices?
While SRC does makes every effort to protect customer’s privacy or security it does not block or degrade lawful content, applications, services or non-harmful devices.
Does SRCaccess.net discriminate in transmitting lawful network traffic?
Our customers can make their own choices when using lawful network applications and services and are free to decide what content they want to access, create, or share with others. SRC does not block, degrade or discriminate against lawful Internet content, applications, services or non-harmful devices. SRC does not give preference to any service provider.
Is SRCaccess Network Management evaluated periodically?
SRC does evaluate periodically the security and integrity of the internet service and addresses the traffic that could be or is harmful to our network or our customers. SRC does comply with the Federal Communications Commission’s Open Internet Rules and applicable Internet Laws and Regulations.
