Customer Technical Support Agent

Description Work with the Customer Technical Support team to provide the best possible solutions to customers and field technicians. Includes technical support, troubleshooting, and system provisioning. On-call required.

Job Duties:

  • Must be able rapidly learn and apply new skills through direct instruction and organized training courses.
  • Provide telephone, television, internet, desktop, and device support to customers.
  • Must have the organization and planning skills to work independently, and with a team
  • Communicate effectively and work well with others.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation.
  • Complete tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, applicable experience preferred.
  • A general understanding of IP networks.
  • General Windows operating system knowledge.
  • Technical network and computer aptitude.
  • Periodic travel for training.
