Kirk has been in the communications industry for over 40 years years working in virtually all areas of the communications business. He has been CEO / General Manager at SRTC since 2007. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Texas Telephone Association, President of the Board of Texas Statewide Telephone Cooperative, Inc., and currently serves on the Board of the Texas Lone Star Network, Oklahoma Telephone Association, and the Governor’s Broadband Development Council.

Jason has been in the communications business for over 20 years. He has been with SRTC since 2004 and has served as CFO since 2007. Prior to SRTC he has worked for both private and publicly traded companies and as an auditor for 5 years with a regional firm. Jason obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1995.

Seth began working for SRTC in March of 2014.  Upon graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems in 2007, Seth served as Vice President of Information Systems for Cap-rock Health Group from 2002-2014.
