Announcement of Syntrio

We have exciting news!

As we begin our 73rd year in business, we are incredibly humbled and proud of how far this organization has come. We know that our customer’s loyalty and support have significantly contributed to our success, and for that, we are so thankful.

With the acquisitions of Pinnacle Network Solutions in 2019 and of PCnet in 2020, we were able to expand our capabilities to offer our customers even more. However, our team realized that a unified brand, as one company, would support our dedication to growth and allow us to reach new heights with our customers. As The Santa Rosa Family of Companies unites as one, we knew our brand identity needed to showcase the synergy among our three companies – this is where Syntrio was born.

Our team has worked hard to develop a new identity that more accurately represents who we are and what we do. While we know this is a significant change, we want to reassure our customers that our core beliefs remain unchanged.

Our values that have guided our organization for the past several decades remain the same – to treat customers the way we want to be treated, like the good neighbors we are.

Syntrio is part of the fabric of rural Northern Texas and Southern Oklahoma communities, connecting businesses and households to the rest of the world via fast, affordable, and reliable digital services. As a pillar in the communities we serve, Syntrio is dedicated to the neighborly commitment by which we live.

As we roll out Syntrio, our team will be making updates over the next few months to our website, signage, and other branded materials. Our customers may notice some changes along the way but let this remind you that we will continue to provide the same, or better, superior level of customer service, by the same team you know and trust.

Please note that there has been no change in management, staff, or in the range of products and services we offer.

Thank you for your continued support, and we are thrilled to begin this new journey as Syntrio!
